     As A child I would make model airplanes and hang them from my ceiling.  The planes are cool, but what I thought, and still do, was so amazing where the pilots.  These are intelligent people, with specialized training who get to fly state of the art aircraft (true to every generation). This doesn't really make them amazing, it just makes them lucky.  The amazing part comes in when these pilots get into these single seated planes and fly toward war.  Sitting alone in their planes, they take on whatever the enemy has for them.  I think this takes a special sort of person to do this. They are true heroes.
